This is a fun and fruity drink and Perfect for warmer weather. The awesomely beautiful sunsets were the inspiration for this easy drink enjoyed by all. Ingredients for two servings:
- ½ shot Grenadine
- 1 cup Sprite soft drink and orange juice
- Maraschino cherries or orange slices for garnish (optional)
Direction: add a splash of grenadine to a glass of ice. Stir the sprite and orange juice together and slowly pour over the grenadine. Garnish with cherries or orange slices.
This is a crisp and refreshing sour drink for warmer weather. It’s a classic thing to sip. Ingredients for one glass:
- 2 ounces lemon simple syrup and ginger ale
- ¼ cup crushed ice
- ¼ shot grenadine
- Lemon slice and cherry for garnish
Direction: just pour ingredients into ice-filled glass. Do not shake.

Unlike the name suggests, this is an all season drink. The yellow juice can easily make up for the ice-cream in hot weather. Ingredients for four servings are:
- ½ cup mint leaves
- Two limes, cut into 0.5-inch-pieces
- Three cloves fresh ginger cut into thin sticks
- Eight passion fruits
- Four oranges
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup sparkling soda.
Direction: Muddle mint leaves, lime, and ginger in a bowl, then pour in a pitcher. Cut the passion fruits and scoop out the flesh into the pitcher. Add orange juice and ice cubes, stir. Top with sparkling soda, ginger sticks, and mint leaf.

- ½ lime, juiced
- Another ½ lime, cut into wedges
- 3-4 sprigs fresh mint leaves
- One tablespoon white sugar
- ½ cucumber, peeled and pureed
- 4 ounces club soda
Direction: puree cucumber with the fresh lime juice. Pour into a glass with ice. Gently muddle lime wedges, mint and sugar; add to the glass with club soda.
HOCUS POCUS FIZZ
This is a perfect drink for Halloween time. Ingredients include:
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- ¼ teaspoon imitation coconut extract
- Two bottles Welches sparkling white grape juice
- Cranberries (optional)
- Two tablespoons sugar
- 5 drops red food coloring
- 5 drops yellow food coloring
Directions: mix pineapple juice, almond and coconut extract and food coloring in a large measuring cup. Top with 4 ounces sparkling white grape juice and 2 ounces pineapple juice for each glass.
